Limited 5 Year Warranty

1. All Kritter products aquariums are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of five years from purchase date. Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. Defects meaning imperfections in the product that impair its utility, and not aesthetics.

2. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of products having defects. As long as defect occurs and is reported during warranty period. Kritter products will repair or replace product, at our option. Shipping and labor cost for aquarium removal and installation is not covered by this warranty.

3. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use, but does not apply to defects occurring
due to alteration, intentional damage, negligence, and unreasonable use.
NOTE: Acrylic aquariums must be fully supported from underneath around the entire Ibott

4. Liability to the purchaser from Kritter Products covers the cost to replace the aquarium only. Liability does not cover anything incorporated into the aquarium such as light fixtures, filters, heaters, and other equipment. Liability does not cover living and non-living contents of the aquarium.

5. Warranty service can be received when the original purchaser returns the product to the vendor with a copy of the original receipt.
Kritter Products agrees to fabricate an aquarium with a deposit of half the cost of the product's full price. If customer decides not to purchase the aquarium after it has been built, 20% of the product's full price will not be returned to the customer.
